At the plant we check the proportioning of mix components, mix temperature, aggregate gradations, stockpile evaluations as needed, obtaining samples for extraction analysis and Marshall stability testing. Mix designs are reviewed as well.

Field Testing

In the field we verify thickness and mix temperature for compliance with specifications. Placement procedures are observed.

We furnish technicians and equipment to establish rolling patterns that achieve minimum density requirements. Density tests are performed as the work progresses and for compaction acceptance.
